Who we are
We are Affiliates of various local real estate agents in Europe. We have worked with most of our agents for close to a decade, previously under the trading name Your Choice Property Ltd. We relaunched the company under the new name Your Property Abroad with a new property search service in mind.
We match people like you with their dream property
Whether you’re buying for retirement, a holiday rental investment or a holiday home, we do our best to match your requirements with available properties. Instead of advertising property on the website we want to offer a convenient way for interested buyers to find what they are looking for. By co-operating with a reputable network of local real estate agents, we match you with your dream property. As we do not own any of the properties or developments listed on our website we will never try and persuade you to buy a property you do not want.
You can trust us and our local partners to give you the best possible service and support to find a property that suits your requirements. If you decide to buy, we receive a share of the agent commission. This is why you never need to pay us anything; we are 100% free of service charge and there are no hidden fees.

HOW our service WORKS
When you fill out the form on our home page and submit it, we can start looking for suitable properties in the specified area. We will often ask for additional information so we can better suit your requirements, preferably by phone so that we can easily ask follow-up questions. You can describe the features you require, your ideal locations and what size or local amenities you would like. We will work within your budget to find your ideal property and send you a list of options by email.
If you decide that you like some of the options, the next step is to go on a viewing trip to see the properties in person. Once you are ready we will arrange for an English speaking agent (or if possible an agent who speaks your first language) to meet you and show you the properties you like.
